Good quality, confusing returns

The resistance bands are great, but the UK return policy wasn't clear about my return window.

Detailed experience with pointe shoes

I purchased the 'Bloch European Balance' pointe shoes and a pair of their resistance bands. The ordering process online was straightforward, and I found the sizing guide for pointe shoes helpful, though I still had a professional fitting locally before committing. The shoes arrived in about 6 business days, well-packaged. I had a quick question about caring for the pointe shoes, so I used their online chat support, and the representative was helpful and answered my query promptly. The shoes themselves feel well-made and supportive. The resistance bands are also good quality, feel sturdy enough for daily use. My only minor suggestion would be for more detailed product videos for certain items, but otherwise, a good experience for technical dancewear.

First purchase, decent value

This was my first time buying from Bloch. I got a pair of the 'Bloch Dansoft' ballet shoes for my daughter. I signed up for the newsletter and got a 10% off code, which was nice. With the discount, the price felt pretty reasonable compared to other brands I looked at. Shipping was free because my order was over the threshold, which definitely helped. For a first-timer, I think it was a good value purchase.

Good quality, delivery a bit slow

I ordered a pair of 'Bloch Axis' ballet shoes and a basic black leotard. The quality of both items was really good, felt durable. Delivery took about 8 days to reach me in Nevada, which was a little longer than I hoped for, but not a deal-breaker. Overall, a solid experience.
